Our Mission

Our mission at Saving Hope Animal Rescue is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for abandoned, neglected, and abused domestic animals in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding areas. Saving Hope Animal Rescue is determined to put an end to animal abuse and neglect by attacking the over-population problem and putting an emphasis on education and adoption.

Saving Hope is a foster based rescue. This means all of our rescue pets are in loving homes. We do not have a shelter/facility and thus we are always in need of willing individuals to open their homes to one of our animals. We provide all supplies, you provide the love!

Once an animal has come to Saving Hope, our team works non stop to get that pet ready for adoption. We love helping families find their forever pet!

All of our rescues would not be possible with out he support of our community. Every penny you donate is used for caring for the animals.

We have various needs for volunteers. Whether that is transporting dogs to appointments or foster homes, or data entry. Volunteers are always welcome and needed.

DOG OF THE WEEK

Meet Bentley!

Bentley is a 12-year-old Min Pin mix who came to us nearly three years ago with a badly broken leg. Despite a complex surgery, an infection meant his leg had to be removed—but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Once he was finally pain-free, Bentley’s whole personality blossomed!

This little gentleman isn’t your typical small-breed pup. He’s incredibly well-rounded and adores humans of all ages—he recently lit up with joy when two small children helped at his photo shoot. Bentley is crate trained (though he prefers using it as a cozy retreat with the door open) and does well with his potty habits when taken outside regularly.

In his foster home, Bentley lives peacefully with multiple dogs and happily does his own thing when he needs quiet time. He rarely barks—except when he’s politely requesting dinner or a cuddle.

Bentley may be a senior, but he’ll surprise you with his charm, resilience, and loving personality. Senior dogs like Bentley deserve a second chance at love—could it be with you?

Saving Hope Ranch and Sanctuary

Texas is in the midst of a major overpopulation crisis, where wonderful animals are being euthanized daily due to lack of space. This year alone, we’ve rescued 1,812 animals. At Saving Hope Animal Rescue, we are determined to change the heartbreaking reality of our crisis in North Texas. Having already saved over 10,000 animals since our inception, and currently caring for more than 1,100 dogs and cats in foster homes, we know we can do even more. Our impact could be greater with expansion of our facilities. Together, we can save countless more lives.
